You can become a
FREE Member of Dreammatrimony.net ( henceforth referred to as
Dreammatrimony.net ) by registering on our website,
Dreammatrimony.net . The site offers you a PAID member status upon
remittance of fees as required.

When you register
to become a Member, you agree to provide accurate, current and
complete information about yourself and update your information to
keep it accurate. You agree that we may rely upon your Membership
Information as accurate, current and complete. Hereby, you
acknowledge that we reserve the right to terminate this Agreement
and your use of the site if your Membership information is
inaccurate or untrue in any respect.

Your right of
admission wholly lies with Dreammatrimony.net. The acceptance of
the membership is based upon due acceptance of your
Profile/Payment. Your profile is subjected to stringent screening
from time to time to make sure that our requirements are not
violated.

As a member, you
will not post, on the registration form, or transmit to other
Members of the Site or employees, any defamatory, inaccurate,
abusive, obscene, profane, offensive sexually oriented, or illegal
material, or any material that infringes or violates another
member's rights.

Once you register
with Dream matrimony, your profile may take 12-24 hours to be
displayed on the site due to the screening process.

Your
Dreammatrimony.net Membership is continued until
Dreammatrimony.net discharges its obligation to you by terminating
all services provided to you; or termination of the membership
anytime by the Member or by Dreammatrimony.net.
Dreammatrimony.net has the authority to terminate your membership
with or without informing you, depending upon the severity of the
breach of Agreement.

Dreammatrimony.net Membership is for the personal use of the
individual registered member only. This membership cannot and
should not be authorized/ assigned/ transferred/ licensed to any
other individual or entity and also this includes providing links
to any other websites. Any illegal and/or unauthorized uses of
this website will be strictly investigated and legal action
(civil/criminal/cyber) will be taken.

Members are
advised to make appropriate/thorough enquiries before responding
to any matrimonial advertisement on our site. Dreammatrimony.net
will not be responsible to claims and representations made by
other members regarding particulars of status, age, income or any
other personal information of the brides/grooms.

As a registered
Paid member, there is a limit of the number of profiles you are
allowed to contact every day. Being a free member you can express
your interest to a limited number of members. This is valid for a
limited period only. Dreammatrimony.net reserves the right to
provide this feature to its members. Your membership will
automatically be suspended if you send "abusive, obscene or
sexually oriented" message/s to other members.

You can enter
your Dreammatrimony.net Profile only once. Entering your profile
multiple times may lead to rejection of your profile. In case of
any violation, strict action will be taken against the concerned
member as such attempts will be considered as Spam.

When you visit
Dreammatrimony.net or send e-mails to us, you are communicating
with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from
us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by
posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements,
notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to
you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such
communications be in writing.

Dreammatrimony.net grants you a limited license to access and make
personal use of this site and not to download (other than page
caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express
written consent of Dreammatrimony.net. This license does not
include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents;

prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any
downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of
another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar
data gathering and extraction tools.

responsible for the content and information [including profile and
photograph] you post or transmit through Dreammatrimony.net's
services. You will not post or transmit any content or information
which is illegal or in violation of the rights of any person,
including intellectual property rights.

Messages sent to
members of the opposite gender should be only for the purpose of
finding a life partner. You are not allowed to misuse the service
in the name of "Dating", "Flirting", "Friendship" etc.
The following activities are
considered illegal and prohibited
- To provide unauthorized frames
or links of the Dreammatrimony.net website to other websites under
any circumstances.
- For organizations, companies and
businesses to become unauthorized members of Dreammatrimony.net
website.
- For individuals or businesses to
use this site for commercial undertakings.
- To engage in
advertising/solicitations to other members to buy/sell any
products or services through our site.
- To send chain or junk emails to
any members of Dreammatrimony.net.
Any illegal or unauthorized
activities will be considered as serious violation of the rules and
appropriate legal action (civil, criminal or otherwise) will be
taken.
Confidentiality of Information:
All the personal member information (excluding the data meant for
display/posting or transmission) will be kept confidential by
Dreammatrimony.net. However, Dreammatrimony.net may release any such
information as may be required by the law.
Code of Conduct:
- Personal Information: Any
content (including photographs/ horoscopes/ personal information)
transmitted through or displayed/posted on Dreammatrimony.net
website by the members is the individual responsibility of the
member.
Dreammatrimony.net reserves the right to modify or reject your
profile, if we find any prohibitive or objectionable content; or
in case contact information is revealed in data fields apart from
where relevant; or for any other reason. Do not give out contact
information such as your home or work address or telephone numbers
in the description (About you/Looking for) area of the member
registration form. Care should be taken until you have established
the credentials of the contact.

Rights of other
members: You cannot and should not post or transmit any content or
information (in any form or format) that is inflammatory,
defamatory, blasphemous, abusive, obscene, sexually oriented,
profane intimidating or illegal. This will be considered as
violation of the rights of other members and the violations of the
rules of this Agreement. This will lead to automatic termination
of your Dreammatrimony.net membership without any notice.

Misuse of
Information: You will not use any information provided on the
Dreammatrimony.net website with the intention to hurt/ harm/
abuse/ harass any other members.

Other Misuses:
You will not use any automated processes or any programs/scripts
to view content on or communicate/ contact/ respond/ interact with
Dreammatrimony.net or its members.

Proprietary
Rights: You cannot transfer, transmit, use, sell, reproduce,
distribute, publish,
copy or modify any proprietary information, services, trademarks,
logos, data or copyrighted material, which is available on the
Dreammatrimony.net non-public site, except for the ones where you
have been granted the permission to do so.
You will not transfer, transmit, post or publish any proprietary
content or trademarks without the prior consent of the person
holding proprietary or licensed rights thereof. Dreammatrimony.net
will not be responsible or answerable for any such acts on your
part.
Dreammatrimony.net
reserves the right to take any appropriate action and to delete,
modify or withhold display of your profile in case of violations of
the rules.
Content of Member Profile:
As a member you automatically grant and represent that you have the
right to grant to Dreammatrimony.net and its associate members an
irrevocable, fully paid, perpetual, worldwide license to copy,
display, use, distribute any content (including photographs and
other details) posted by you on the Dreammatrimony.net website for
the purpose of preparing any derivative work or incorporate into
other work.
REFUND POLICY
The MEMBERSHIP FEE
IS NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. The termination of the
membership can be done by either the registered member or by
Dreammatrimony.net. If Dreammatrimony.net terminates your
membership, then depending upon the situation, on a case by case
basis, you may be entitled to a prorated value of your remaining
membership period. This is at the discretion of the
Dreammatrimony.net management.
Dreammatrimony.net:
Dreammatrimony.net
will provide relevant services to all its registered free and paid
members. The site also offers other free services to all its members
irrespective of their membership status.
Dreammatrimony.net
is a common ground for its members to register and store data for
their use and advertisement. Dreammatrimony.net does not play any
other role in aiding members in achieving their matrimonial
objectives. Dreammatrimony.net will not act as an agent or initiate
contact on behalf of its members.
Dreammatrimony.net
has two types of membership:
Free Member of
Dreammatrimony.net: This membership allows you to display your
content (including photograph/horoscope/personal information) on our
site for free..
Paid Member Dream
of Matrimony.com : This membership allows you to display your
content on our site and manage your communications. You are allowed
to contact members of opposite gender at your own discretion.
Member Disputes:
Dreammatrimony.net assumes no responsibility for any kind of
disputes emerging between or among its registered members and it has
no obligations to resolve such disputes although it reserves the
rights to do so.
Suggestions,
Complaints, Disputes: Suggestions and complaints are to be first
addressed to Dreammatrimony.net's Customer Support Division at
support@dreammatrimony.net.
LAW
APPLICABLE
The
membership is deemed to have been entered into at Kolkata, India and
the laws of India will govern the membership. Disputes arising out
of or in any way affecting the membership including interpretation
of any of the terms are to be referred to arbitration under the
Arbitration and Conciliation Act [Indian Act] at Kolkata before a
sole Arbitrator.
